Executive Director

Position Announcement – October 2025

Sacramento Housing Alliance (SHA) seeks a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director to provide strategic leadership to advance SHA’s mission through member engagement, operational excellence, fund development, and advancement of advocacy and communication efforts to promote engagement and action. This role is an exciting opportunity to partner with an engaged and passionate Board of Directors to build upon SHA’s long track-record advancing housing justice in the Sacramento Area.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time hybrid position (office and remote) based in downtown Sacramento with a salary range of $115,000 – $125,000, depending on experience. This position will require regular attendance at events in the greater Sacramento area, including occasional night and weekend events. Occasional travel may be required as needed, less than 10%.
